HCV Genotyping Kit (Code No. GT-NTC002)

  • Information will be updated soon.

HCV Genotype Panel  (Code No. HRP-C301)

  • A panel consisting of 1 ml samples from 25 individuals and representing seven different HCV genotypes. Viral load is reported using both the Roche Amplicor assay and the Bayer Quantiplex HCV 2.0 assay. Genotypes are determined using the Innogenetics INNO-LIPA HCV II assay and all samples are confirmed to be HCV positive using the Abbott HCV 2.0 test with resuots reported as a sample to cutoff ratio.
