Anfahrt

The Anti-EBV IgA ELISA is an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay intended for the quantitative detection of human IgA antibodies to the early antigen and nuclear antigen of the Epstein-Barr virus contained in human serum or plasma.

  • Results are obtained in 2 hours.
  • designed for differentiating nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients from normal population
  • suit for mass screening.
  • The specificity and sensitivity are both above 95%.

THE FEATURES

  • Use genetic engineered EBV-associated proteins as antigens.
  • An ELISA test for detection of anti-(EBV EA+EBNA-1) IgA.
  • With greater than 95% of specificity and sensitivity.
  • Easy in assay procedure and result to interpretation.
  • Quantitative determination or qualitative with Immune Status Ratio is available.
  • Suitable for early screens diagnosis and prognosis of naspharynglal carcinoma.
