DNA/Hind III markers are designed for sizing double-stranded DNA on 1% to 2% agarose gel electrophoresis and can be visualized after ethidium bromide staining. They are prepared from completely digested DNACI857 S7 with Hind III, purified and then dialyzed. These fragments are applicable for radiolabeling.

Storage buffer:  10 mM Tris-HClpH 7.8, 1 mM EDTA, 10 mM NaCl

Concentration:  625 ug/ml

Recommended storage condition: -20°C

Fragments: 23130’, 9416, 6557, 4361’, 2322, 2027 and 564 bp. An additional band 27491 bp , may form from fragments of 23130 and 4361 bp, indicated by ’. Separation of these fragments is achieved by heating at 65°C

Additional buffer: 5x loading dye
