100 bp DNA ladder is designed for sizing double-stranded DNA on 0.7% to 2% agarose gel electrophoresis and can be visualized after ethidium bromide staining. It consists 10 fragments of double stranded DNA, from 100 bp to 1,000 bp at 100 bp increments. This ladder is applicable for radio labeling using Bacteriophage T4 DNA polymerase.
