The position

In the Supply Chain organisation, you act as "single point" of coordination for all supply chain related needs between the group and one of its strategic manufacturing partners. The role includes the follow-up and optimisation of implemented supply chain solutions, to ensure adherence to existing contracts. You will have to follow up changes and upgrades of manufacturing and logistics planning processes between the two companies. This position requires innovation in streamlining and enhancing existing processes, establishing new ones where they add value, and re-negotiating parts of the contract were needed.

Who you are

You have a university degree in chemical/pharmaceutical sciences and minimum 5 years management experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, or an extensive supply chain and project management expertise. You also have a fair understanding of financial and legal topics, you are customer-oriented with very good judgement capabilities, you are used to work within a team towards strict deadlines and to work with a high degree of autonomy. You like to solve problems, take fact-based decisions and have an ability to work on strategic and operational levels. You have experience in working with senior management level, you are an excellent communicator with good negotiation skills. Fluency in English and German languages is required (orally and written).
