Tissue lysate 75ug per immunoblots of proteins isolated from normal human, mouse and rat tissue. The proteins were isolated from tissue homogenates in the presence of protease inhibitors, and protein samples were solubilized in SDS-Lysis, electrophoresed on 7.5% or 15% polyacrylamide gel and electroblotted on PVDF membrane. These immunoblots are ready to use for probing with polyclonal, monoclonal or peptide antibodies.
